Duterte said, I will replace Satan in his throne and all the bad spirits and condemned souls will bow down to me. Arise my peasants, my servants, my angels and all who are forsaken, I'm Duterte, your new king. Worship and serve only me. Imagine, the president of the Philippines is experiencing mental landslide, manic, fantasy and state of delusion. He needs psychiatric check up and medicine prescription to calm him down.
