Many are involve in the scam medical supplies and overpricing materials, they divided the money, while people are hungry because of the pandemic, and his officials are full stomach greedy people. They don't admit as the evidence has been showing to them. Many of his officials are greedy as he is, Duterte feeds them well, so that they protect him as president.
