Marcos Jr. cocaine user ?

According by President Duterte that a presidential candidate is a drug user and using a cocaine always. Referring to his dad, and son, no candidate has son and dad controversy except Marcos Sr. and Marcos Jr. If Bongbong Marcos is using a cocaine it means, he must to undergo immediate drug testing to confirm he is really a drug user. Where did Duterte get that information from Marcos close relatives, friends or policemen?. If Marcos Jr. is a cocaine positive user, he must be forfeited and his COC must be cancelled immediately, other than his tax evasion cases.
