More than a nuisance

Bongbong Marcos is guilty of tax evasion, it means he is more than a nuisance candidate, so why not disqualify him? why disqualifying those innocent candidates? I don't understand the Comelec, what is the difference between nuisance and convicted? I think both of them will be disqualified of running the positions. Why Comelect hardly disqualify Marcos Jr of running for presidency, if there are evidences that he is guilty and the court decided and given the decision.

They just making the drama story long, to make it shorter, it is really a Marcos Jr.- Sarah tandem, and we already mentioned it earlier. Why Sarah never run for president? it is because to give way the candidacy of Marcos Jr. as their main plan. Separated political party but the same line up, people might think they are enemies, but the truth, another political party same officials to vote. They choose the weaker counterpart Bong Go so that the DDS will not be divided, especially in Davao City. If they allow Sarah Duterte to run, the DDS and Marcos loyalists will fight each other and so, president Duterte won't allow that to happen. Different political party, is just part of their cooking ingredients, to make their wicked meal very tasty. I'm pretty sure, something is fishy, a possible cheating in the part of Comelec.
