Clearly the Duterte administration mocks the Comelec rules, by substituting many times and Marcos Jr. won't resign either. It is first time in the history the Duterte group substitutes many times and anytime they want. As Duterte doesn't respect the law, he wants the law respects him. Why Duterte doesn't order the Comelec officials to reject Marcos candidacy if he truly hates and attacks Marcos Jr?, possible thing they are rolling the dramas.
